Tiffany Sampson: Sophomore Year

Strange but true - so far this round, I have played the Tri-Var Sorority only once, and that was for Heather Huffington. You can find that post here; it covers Tiffany Sampson's Freshman Year.

We're here now on her behalf. She has just started her Sophomore Year.
The Tri-Var Sorority is described as it "... may be the nicest Greek house on campus but with sisters like Heather and Brittany will Tiffany be able to convince anyone else to join?"

Tiffany "... is the smart, bookworm type. She doesn't like to make waves and enjoys keeping things calm at the sorority." So far, she has lived up to her Maxis-written biography. A typical Knowledge Sim, she aspires to become Desiderata Valley's Education Minister on day. Majoring in Literature might not be required, but a university degree certainly will help.
On this first day of the new semester, she manages go get both the required skill points and makes a phone call to a friend. The Greek House, by the way, is at Level 5 right now.
I don't need to remind you of what the house looks like, do I? It's all in the post linked above anyway; I have not yet made any significant changes apart from installing another bathroom.
On this bright crisp autumn morning, Tiffany asks Alegra Gorey to pledge, and she accepts.
While Tiffany is at class, a fight breaks out between the very annoying Cow Mascot and the Cheerleader.
Upon her return from class, Tiffany asks Alegra to repair the computer (it's still the only one in the house), and Alegra makes some brave attempts but has to give up after receiving several electric strokes.
Tiffany sits down to do the job herself, and finally succeeds after I don't know how many attempts. But she really, really wants to write her Term Paper, and that's not possible without a computer. (Of course the girls could have called the repair service, but they want to prove that they are modern, independent women.)
The next morning, Brittany takes it upon herself to make toaster pastries for breakfast. She can't cook, and so I half expect her to set the stove on fire, but she manages to do it without an incident.
Upstairs, Tiffany has been talking on the phone to make more friends.
The girls are glad every time someone remembers to bring free pizza from Campus - it's their main source of food.
Although Tiffany is not more than average neat, she sometimes does a spot of cleaning without being asked.
By now, all three girls are best friends with each other. Heather is of course still more interested in romantic relationships than in her fellow "sisters".
When the girls wake up the next morning, their world has turned into a winter wonderland over night.
By the time Tiffany has spotted the postie and goes to deal with the bills, much of the snow has gone.
But more snow has fallen while they were sitting their end of term exams. All three return with A+ grades and get the full 1,200 Simoleons worth of grants each.
Nobody's been to a community lot yet this year, and so I have the sisters walk to "P.U.R.E.", a popular club in downtown Desiderata Valley.
They have a great time on the dance floor and meet several residents of The Valley, among them Elizabeth Aspir, Samantha Ottomas and Tara Kat.
Back at the Tri-Var house, the girls follow their usual pattern of meals, classes and phone calls.
One important phone call Heather makes is to invite Kevin Beare over. He has been good friends with her for a long time, but his heart is firmly in the hands of his 3-bolt-lady Vamsy Simpson. Still, Heather manages to put his name as #3 on her list of 20 lovers.
She then proceeds to write her Term Paper, while Brittany and Tiffany enjoy their steaming slices of freshly Campus-made pizza.
The end of the second term is here, and Brittany is the first to get up on Exam Day.
Tiffany suddenly feels the urge to do a last minute assignment.
And all three ladies have done well, although unlike the other two who have gained an A+, Brittany has "only" managed a B+. For her, it's the start of the Senior Year, while Heather and Tiffany are now Juniors.

We will be back here for Brittany's Senior Year, but first, we have a lot of households with the letter "S" to play :-)

  1. This house looks great covered in snow. :)
Tiffany seems to be the glue that holds the house together and she certainly worked hard at the upkeep this week.
It's nice that they are all friends now and I enjoyed their outing at the Nightclub.
Ooh, Kevin and Heather, she is working her way through the guys nicely. :)

    1. I just hope Kevin's fiancé will never find out - she would be deeply hurt, and Kevin really only wants her, and not Heather.
Yes, the house looks beautiful in the snow! I was thinking about putting up some Christmas decor for the ladies, but somehow forgot about it :-D (Too busy with putting up my own stuff!)
